Associate Attorney
Genene E. Gardner, associate attorney, is a Virginia Beach native. She received her law degree (juris doctorate) from Regent University School of Law. She also received her bachelor degree from Longwood University. Genene is admitted to practice in Virginia and practices in the areas of family law and bankruptcy.
Genene is a member of the Virginia State Bar, The Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association and The Virginia Beach Bar Association. In her spare time she enjoys gardening.
Sebastiana R. Bradstreet, esq.
Associate Attorney
Sebastiana Bradstreet is an associate attorney with The Merna Law Group. She attended undergrad in the Chicago area at Olivet Nazarene University, majoring in Political Science and History. She moved to Virginia to attend law school at Liberty University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate. Sebastiana is licensed to practice in Virginia and focuses on consumer Bankruptcy law in our Newport News office, as well as divorce and Estate Planning. In her spare time Sebastiana likes to hike with her family and rock climb.
